Public Pulse reflects responses from individuals who voluntarily choose to participate, including registered users and, where enabled, eligible anonymous visitors.
Participation is self-selected and is not based on a statistically representative sample of the Canadian population or any province, municipality, neighbourhood, or electoral district unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by a documented methodology.

Questions are published to facilitate civic participation and measure the views of participating respondents. Providing research or analytics to a client, including a political campaign, does not constitute political endorsement by Public Pulse.
4. No Factual Verification
Unless expressly stated otherwise, factual assertions in user submissions, publicly sourced issue descriptions, and third-party materials may not have been independently verified by Public Pulse.
Questions, summaries, and issue descriptions should not be interpreted as official statements or independent confirmation of underlying claims.
Public Pulse seeks to record and present its own participation totals and research findings accurately in accordance with its stated methodology. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that all external information or Platform content is complete, current, or error-free.

Before publication, submissions may be reviewed, summarized, edited, generalized, rewritten, or declined.

Participation levels may fluctuate over time. Results may be affected by voluntary participation, geographic eligibility methods, sample size, nonresponse, duplicate participation risks, and other limitations described in the applicable methodology.
Public Pulse does not guarantee any election result, government decision, policy change, or other action based on participation or research findings.
9. Commercial Analytics and Research Reports
Public Pulse may prepare, publish, license, or sell aggregated and anonymized public opinion reports, civic participation insights, demographic analyses, geographic analyses, and other research products.
Such reports may be provided to organizations, academic institutions, municipalities, political campaigns, researchers, and other clients.
Unless expressly supported by a documented representative sampling methodology, findings reflect voluntary participation and should not be interpreted as scientifically representative of any population, geographic area, or electorate.
Public Pulse does not guarantee that research findings predict future voting behaviour, election outcomes, government decisions, or changes in public policy.
Any illustrative or fictional data used in sample reports will be clearly identified and must not be interpreted as genuine participation results. Actual research reports must reflect genuinely collected responses and accurately disclose relevant methodological limitations.
Research reports are subject to applicable privacy protections and any separate written commercial agreements. Public Pulse does not sell identifiable personal information.
